I am a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in sociology at the Seminar for Sociology at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.I am currently working in the research project "Trading Conditions on Marketplaces" led by Prof. Patrik Aspers, where I analyze the conditions enabling trade in digital platforms for paid domestic work in Switzerland.

Beyond this project, I have conducted research on drug markets, informal domestic cleaning, and neighborhood shops. Broadly speaking, I am an economic sociologist with an interest in markets, work, morality, illegality, irregular migration, inequalities, and urban dynamics.

Before joining the University of St.Gallen, I worked at the Departement of Sociology at the University of Geneva, first as a PhD student and teaching assistant, then as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. I was also a visiting academic at the Institute for Research into Superdiversity at the University of Birmingham and a visiting academic at the Group for Research on Ethnic Relations, Migration & Equality at the University of Brussels.
